My Client is Leading FMCG Company Based out of Oman Looking to hire:
Account Development Representative (HORECA)
Develop new business opportunities for the expansion of company accounts in HORECA division. Support Salesmen in growing accounts, by implementing full line distribution and maintain execution standards. Manage & develop current accounts.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and target potential HORECA clients within the designated region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing HORECA accounts, understanding their business objectives and needs
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for penetrating and expanding market share in the HORECA sector
- Conduct regular client visits and product presentations to showcase the value proposition for HORECA clients
- Ensure timely response to inquiries and resolve any customer concerns or issues
- Facilitate contract negotiations, pricing agreements, and other terms with HORECA clients
- Collect and analyze market and competitor information to identify opportunities and threats within the HORECA segment
- Provide insights and feedback to internal teams for the development of HORECA-specific product offerings
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's HORECA solutions
- Generate regular reports and forecasts on HORECA account activity and performance
Qualifications: -
- University Graduate
- GCC driving license
Must Have-
- Minimum 3-5 sales experience
