Job Purpose

Reporting into the Project Director or as advised by the management, the role would involve managing and organizing various documents and records related to the company's real estate projects. Your responsibilities would encompass ensuring that all documents are accurately maintained, easily accessible, and in compliance with industry regulations.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Receive, review, and process documents from various sources, including contractors, architects, legal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Organize and categorize documents based on project, type, date, or other relevant criteria.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for documents and records.
  • Distribute documents to authorized individuals or teams, ensuring that sensitive information is shared only with the appropriate parties.
  • Develop a systematic archiving process for completed projects or documents that are no longer actively in use.
  • Collaborate with various departments, project managers, and external stakeholders to gather necessary documents and information.
  • Diary management and project administrative support for the Project Director
  • Ability to attend meetings and record meeting minutes.


Qualifications, Experiences, Core Competencies

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Proven experience 4-8 years in a tier 1 contracting company or large scale real estate developer.
  • Must communicates clearly and effectively in English (both verbal and written).
  • Must be currently based in Muscat and Omani nationality.
  • Must be willing to work on the Aida development project site based in Yiti (40min drive from Muscat)
  • Result oriented, ensures operational excellence in areas of responsibility and delivers best results.
