Sales Engineer - Thrivibe

Job purpose To achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Review all enquiries from the customer and prepare the quotations
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails
  • Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
  • Gathering market and customer information
  • Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Negotiating on price and costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
  • Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders
  • Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office
  • Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
  • Attending team meeting and sharing best practices with colleagues

Qualifications Education

University degree in marketing/engineering or business studies is preferred Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience or training in Oil and Gas services sector
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers - Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO700.000 - RO750.000 per month
