Human Resources Supervisor

ubaTaeCJ - Oman - muscat

Job Purpose: Support HR functions and manage training and development programs to improve employee skills, productivity, and morale. Oversee the organizational development of the company’s Training Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and review HR policies in line with Oman Labour Law.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Maintain employee records and improve HR filing systems.
  • Plan and organize training programs within budget, assess training needs, and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, payroll processing, and visa status monitoring.
  • Maintain HRMS database and generate reports.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity policies.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in HR or Administration (Master’s preferred); CIPD preferred.
  • 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in Power & Desalination.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, knowledge of Omani Labour Law, and HR best practices.
