Job Purpose: Support HR functions and manage training and development programs to improve employee skills, productivity, and morale. Oversee the organizational development of the company’s Training Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and review HR policies in line with Oman Labour Law.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
- Maintain employee records and improve HR filing systems.
- Plan and organize training programs within budget, assess training needs, and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, payroll processing, and visa status monitoring.
- Maintain HRMS database and generate reports.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity policies.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in HR or Administration (Master’s preferred); CIPD preferred.
- 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in Power & Desalination.
- Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, knowledge of Omani Labour Law, and HR best practices.
