Job Summary:

The Finance Manager is responsible for the financial health of the organization. This role involves producing financial reports and developing strategies based on financial research. The Finance Manager will guide senior executives in making sound business decisions in the long and short term.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead the annual budgeting process.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
• Monitor and manage the organization’s cash flow.
• Manage and mentor the finance team.

Qualifications:

• Qualified CA or Inter CA is mandatory.
• Professional accounting qualification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
