Spanish Multinational is looking for a Production Manager
Main duties:
- Allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements.
- Interaction with suppliers and production team.
- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead and manage a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor the quality of work performed, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Ensure that all safety regulations and protocols are followed on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English (C1 level). Arabic would be an asset.
- Experience in fit out projects in such as retail, museums, or hotels.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
