Territory Sales Supervisor

My client is leading FMCG Multinational based out of Oman Looking to hire a professional Territory Sales Supervisor .

Responsibilities

The Territory Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives within a designated geographic territory. The primary objective is to drive sales growth, increase customer satisfaction, and develop strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and sales skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies to achieve sales targets

  • Sales Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and guidance to ensure team members are meeting their performance goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and set goals for individual team members.
  • Sales Performance and Analysis:
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory targets.
  • Monitor and track sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Customer Relationships:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and execute customer retention strategies to minimize churn.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits.
  • Provide training and support to sales team members on product knowledge.
  • Sales Operations:
  • Manage sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Travel: Travel within the designated territory (up to 50% of the time) to meet with customers, sales team members, and other stakeholders.

Must Have

  • Minimum 5 years in top Food & Beverage Company
  • Working with Key clients modern trade outlets/ A Class customers

Education & Skills

  • Minimum education bachelor degree
  • Driving license is a must
  • Fluent in English
  • Sales Planning / objective setting KPI knowledge
