Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Automobile Sales Executive to join our team. This role is commission-based, offering substantial earning potential for those who excel in driving sales and managing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automobile sales, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive buying experience.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to prospective buyers.
  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Promote and sell new and pre-owned vehicles to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Assist customers with financing options and vehicle trade-ins.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market data to optimize sales strategies.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional service before, during, and after the sales process.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in automobile sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicles, automotive industry trends, and financing options.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
