As a Brand Communications and Content Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing both online and offline content strategies that strengthen the brand’s identity and messaging across all communication channels. This role exists to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences, supports marketing campaigns, and enhances brand awareness and loyalty. Additionally, the specialist will handle public relations (PR) efforts to ensure effective communication with the media, stakeholders, and the public, reinforcing the company’s image and reputation.
In this role, you will:
- Create and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports the brand’s goals and drives engagement across digital, print, and other offline channels.
- Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, press releases, social media posts, newsletters, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms, including both online and offline communications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that supports various marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Manage PR activities, including drafting press releases, building relationships with media outlets, and handling media inquiries.
- Develop and oversee content for offline marketing channels, including print advertisements, event materials, and direct mail campaigns.
- Write and optimize digital content for SEO to improve the brand’s visibility in search engines and drive organic traffic to the website.
- Manage the brand’s social media presence by creating and scheduling content, engaging with the audience, and monitoring performance metrics.
- Develop content for internal communications, including company newsletters, employee updates, and internal announcements, to ensure alignment within the organization.
- Track and analyze the performance of both online and offline content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in managing brand reputation by crafting appropriate communication strategies during crises or sensitive situations.
- Work closely with the design team, PR, and other departments to ensure that all content is visually appealing and aligns with brand guidelines.
