As a
Project Manager, you play a crucial role in planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity for you to apply and further develop your project management skills and contribute to the success of our organization. The role is based in Oman, and the company will support the relocation process!
Responsibilities
- Accountable for P&L and project organization as a whole
- Full project team setup (what part we develop where, vendor contracts, full resourcing plan, key hires & fires, delivery process, etc).
- Full project plans & KPIs in place
- Managing key customer relationships
- Key negotiations (scope, etc).
- Being responsible PM for some of the functionality/areas, handing over (accounting)
- Resolving conflicts between delivery manager and project manager and different teams
- Key growth & development plans
- Maintains the overall project plan and escalates any discrepancies to any relevant party
- Update release plan depending on each sprint outcome
- Resource planning experience
- Project Forecast
- Scope escalations
Qualifications
- 7 to 8 years of total experience with at least 3 years of experience in project management with experience in technical project management and leading project teams.
- Preferring candidates with prior experience in the Tax domain.
- Scrum Master certification is a plus
- Software and technology delivery experience
- Demonstrated expertise in change management with a track record of successfully navigating and implementing changes.
- Focus on building a strong team, team members' satisfaction, and building relationships with team members.
- Proficiency in both classic and agile project management methods ideally demonstrated through certifications, training, and/or experience
- IT project management expertise, preferably with experience working with public or healthcare sector clients and in responding to tenders
- Independent, committed, and structured working style
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
- Hands-on mentality, high-quality awareness, and the ability to maintain optimism and humor even in critical phases
