Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Automobile Sales Executive to join our team. This role is commission-based, offering substantial earning potential for those who excel in driving sales and managing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automobile sales, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive buying experience.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to prospective buyers.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Promote and sell new and pre-owned vehicles to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Assist customers with financing options and vehicle trade-ins.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to optimize sales strategies.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional service before, during, and after the sales process.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in automobile sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of vehicles, automotive industry trends, and financing options.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
