Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Administrative Assistant at SKYORBITS. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, including managing communication, organizing tasks, and assisting with administrative duties. This role is based in Seeb, with the flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Clerical Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a bonus
