Purpose of the Job
To control the technical and speedy delivery of new asset register and changes to existing asset register across two PDO Directorates
Education & Experience
- A bachelor's degree in engineering discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years in the oil and gas industry. Skilled in SAP Plant Maintenance. Field experience as a maintenance supervisor or maintenance technician. Knowledge or some level of working experience with project would be an advantage.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily work of a team of SAP PM Master Data Maintainers.
- Develop competences of a team of SAP PM Master Data Maintainers.
- Check quality and completeness of incoming Z6 notifications to see if they are suitable.
- Control execution of these requests to meet Master Data Team KPIs.
- Ensure that DCAF requirements are applied to all project modifications.
- Apply a quality assurance process to ensure quality delivery of information.
- Coordinate with Operations & Engineering teams in the preparation of new asset registers and and changes to existing asset registers and mainteance plans.
- Run workshops to help explain detailed procedures and standards to Operations & Engineering teams.
- Coordinate the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Work Instructions (Wis) for all SAP Master Data Team tasks.
- Assist in training & onboarding of new staff.
- Support field maintenance teams to carry out asset register verification to help sustain Asset Integrity Process Safety Management (AI-PSM).
- Interrogate the SCE Data Checking Tool to compile a list of actions for field maintenance teams to execute.
