- Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Department in managing day-to-day tasks.
- Assist in recruiting and talent acquisition including screening, onboarding, and orientation
- Prepare, update, and maintain complete documentation in a digital archive, (HRIS), including personal information, employment history, benefits enrollment, and leave of absence data.
- Maintain records and provide HR reports to management.
- Process payroll
- Training and development
- Performance management system administration.
- Desired skills:
- Proficient in HRMS or any relevant HR Management systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Positive can-do attitude.

- Digitally Literate with solid Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

- Required Education and Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or relevant in HR or psychology
- Five years’ experience in a similar role.
- English language, Arabic language is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RO300.000 - RO500.000 per month
