We are Looking for a Female Secretary/Receptionist In Oman
Responsibilities
- Minimum 1 year of Secretary ,receptionist or Administrative experience
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the Office.
- Guide visitors to the appropriate person and Cabin.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
- Serve refreshments to Managers only
- Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. Managing databases and filing systems.
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Researching on behalf of the manager.
- Organizing the manager’s commitments or Other
- Other Jobs as assigned by Manager.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

This Position is only for Females and must know English and Arabic
Proven work experience as a secretary and Knowledge of office management systems, and procedures MS Office proficiency, Outstanding organizational and time management skills, Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications ,Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload will considered as an added Advantage.
