Commercial Director – Oman – Big Fish Recruitment Our client is a leading Service Provider, with a head office in Muscat, Oman. They are currently seeking a Commercial Director to join their team. This role will report to the Chief Commercial Officer. • The Commercial Director will spearhead strategic business initiatives and drive revenue growth through effective commercial management strategies. • The role will be responsible for overseeing and supporting various aspects of commercial operations, including strategic planning, project development, tender management, contract negotiation, and business innovation. • He will be a key member of the Commercial department and will work closely with CCO and other commercial colleagues in preparing a clear pricing strategy for all upcoming new tenders as well as cyclical tenders.

Requirements: • Strong understanding of commercial and contractual principles, with experience in tender management, contract negotiation, and project delivery. • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or a related field. • Experience in the areas of costing & budgeting • Understanding and application of P & L, risk profile, cash-flow, and strategy. • Knowledge of local market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in the GCC region.
