Service Advisor

We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively. This role involves managing the entire service process from receiving vehicles to delivering them back to customers, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, communication and addressing any issues that arise. • Greet customers and create a welcoming environment, ensuring a positive experience from the start. • Receive vehicles from customers, accurately documenting issues and service requests. • Coordinate with the workshop to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. • Prepare and process all necessary Repair Order and other paperwork. • Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs needed. • Ensure a smooth delivery process, explaining the services performed, costs, and addressing any questions or concerns. • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. • Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction. • Assist in scheduling service appointments and managing the service calendar. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless service experience for customers.

• Bachelor’s degree, in business administration, or a related field preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role within the automotive industry. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • High level of customer orientation with a positive attitude and problem-solving approach. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in using service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
