Warranty & Compliance InCharge/Manager – Service (Passenger Car)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warranty & Compliance InCharge/Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will manage warranty processes, ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines, and uphold regulatory standards within the passenger vehicle service department. • Oversee and manage all aspects of the warranty claims process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty guidelines and regulatory standards. • Monitor and review warranty claim submissions, approving or rejecting claims based on established criteria. • Develop and implement strategies to improve warranty claim processes and reduce claim rejection rates. • Conduct regular audits of warranty claims to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. • Provide training and support to service staff on warranty procedures and compliance requirements. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and manufacturer updates related to warranties. • Prepare and submit reports on warranty claim performance and compliance metrics to senior management. • Handle escalated warranty issues and customer complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolutions. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless warranty and compliance processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in automotive technology, business administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warranty management or a similar role within the automotive industry. • In-depth knowledge of manufacturer warranty guidelines and regulatory standards. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in using warranty management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
