Achieving Sales Targets/Merchandising/Floor Management

What you will do:-

Description of Accountability:

• Demonstrate and explain products, methods, or services in order to persuade customers to purchase products or utilize services.
• Identify interested customers in order to provide them with additional information
• Keep selling areas neat while working and return items to correct locations following demonstrations.
• Provide product information, price and features to prospective customer
• Send daily report of sales made. Follow administrative guidelines
• Achieve monthly targets allocated for sales
• Liaise with sales executive for replenishment of stocks

Skills

Required Skills to be successful:-

• Adequate understanding of Retail and Merchandising.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office-Word and Excel.
• A driving license preferred but not essential.
• Good communications skills.
• Knowledge of Hindi and English desirable.
• Adaptability
• Innovation
• Judgment

• Must have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in similar sales field
• Minimum matric or school leaving certificate
