Business Planning Analyst
Job description:
As part of the ArrowSphere Finops team, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Planning Analyst to join our team.
- Coordinate and track vendor on-boarding into ArrowSphere Cloud.
- Ensure the follow-up of client and vendor files
- Track, monitor and analyze statistics for communication and presentation purposes
- Assist in tracking budget expenses
- Regularize and update ongoing contracts
- Track declaration and ensure their compliance
- Perform follow-ups with clients and vendors to ensure deadlines are met
- Create reports displaying key metrics
- Compile project status reports, coordinate project schedules, manage project meetings and identify and resolve problems
- Organize, lead and facilitate project related meetings, including the creation of agendas and preparation of materials
- Manage the calendar of events/activities in coordination with all stakeholders
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure effective file management
Skills / Experience required:
- Degree in Management, Administration, or in a similar field
- Fluent in English and French - mandatory
- 3+ years of experience (administrative and billing assistant)
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel)
