The Sultan s School, Oman The Sultan s School seeks to appoint an inspirational and dynamic Secondary Performing Arts Teacher with Music as their lead subject to join their school in August 2027. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, ambitious teacher who can put Music and Performing Arts firmly on the map, developing performance opportunities, enrichment activities and a vibrant culture of creativity across the school. The successful candidate will bring energy, ideas and personality to the role, inspiring students both in the classroom and through performances, productions and wider opportunities. There is also scope to develop links with the wider Muscat community and create opportunities for students to perform beyond the school.

We are looking for someone who: -Is an outstanding and inspirational Music teacher with the ability to contribute across Performing Arts - Brings energy, personality, creativity and ambition - Can develop musical performance, productions and extracurricular opportunities - Is passionate about building a strong Performing Arts culture - Is keen to connect the school with the wider Muscat community - Is collaborative, culturally aware and committed to school life Requirements: Minimum 2 years post-qualifying teaching experience; Bachelor s degree closely related to your teaching subject; recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS or equivalent; under 60 years of age due to visa restrictions.
