Responsble for CAPEX procurement process including sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, techno-commercial negotiations, and contracting. Execute procurement strategies to achieve optimal cost, quality, and delivery performance. Work closely with project, engineering, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of capital projects. Maintain a robust vendor base through supplier identification, evaluation, and performance management. Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and governance standards. Manage and track procurement budgets, delivery schedules, and project timelines. Utilize SAP MM module and ARIBA (or equivalent e-sourcing tools) for procurement workflow, contract management, and vendor onboarding. Conduct market intelligence, risk assessment, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis to support strategic decisions. Ensure timely generation and approval of PRs, POs, and related documentation through systematic and process-driven practices. Prepare and present regular MIS reports, procurement dashboards, and project cost analytics to management. Drive process improvements and digital initiatives to enhance efficiency and transparency.
