Role & responsibilities Cut, bend, and fix reinforcement steel as per structural drawings and specifications. Install reinforcement bars for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, and other RCC structures. Tie reinforcement using binding wire and ensure proper spacing and alignment. Check bar sizes, lap lengths, cover, and positioning before concrete pouring. Assist in unloading, shifting, and arranging reinforcement steel at the worksite. Use steel-fixing tools and equipment safely and correctly. Coordinate with supervisors, carpenters, masons, and other construction workers. Maintain quality standards and follow project specifications. Follow all site safety procedures and use required PPE. Keep the work area clean and organized.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Steel Fixer/Rebar Fixer. Industry: Construction, infrastructure, civil works, or building projects. Candidates with GCC experience will be preferred. Must have good knowledge of reinforcement work and RCC construction. Should be physically fit and willing to work in outdoor/site conditions. Should be disciplined, hardworking, and able to follow instructions.
