Roles & Responsibilities

• Estimation, preparation of quotations, product presentations, post and pre tender review meetings, submissions, follow-ups, negotiations and finalization of AMC.

• Identifying new markets for other brand equipments and securing the contracts to grab additional market share.

• Building and maintaining active association with Existing, new customers for business development.

• Follow up & collect the AMC payments on time from all the assigned accounts.

• Attaining maximum customer satisfaction by providing efficient after sale service to the customers.

• Coordination with filed operation team for resolving the technical issues addressed by clients

• Lead cross-functional coordination with Finance and Commercial teams to streamline post-order processing and ensure accurate and timely delivery of client contractual and commercial requirements.

• Achieve assigned targets and consistently meet defined KPIs within specified timelines on a monthly and annual basis.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate Mechanical / Electrical Engineers with 6+years OR Diploma with 12+ years of experience in AMC, Service Sales of elevator, escalators, trav-o-lators, etc.

• Candidates should possess aggressive sales approach in the market and proven track record of targets achievement. Should also have good negotiation skills in Service sales AMC finalization
