Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and offering emotional support. Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and therapists, to ensure seamless care coordination. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and progress. Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a nurse, preferably in home care or hospice settings. Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with medical equipment and technology used in home care settings.
