We are currently seeking a Master Technician to join our dynamic workshop team, working with the iconic vehicles of Jaguar Land Rover.
Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle faults Perform advanced service, maintenance, and repair work in line with JLR global standards Support and mentor technicians within the workshop team Conduct quality control checks to ensure the highest level of workmanship Work closely with Service Advisors and Parts teams to ensure efficient workflow Maintain accurate job documentation and adhere to warranty and repair procedures Drive workshop efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:Certified JLR Master Technician or equivalent Level 4 qualification Strong experience with advanced diagnostics and fault finding Proven ability to work with complex automotive systems and technologies Experience mentoring or supporting junior technicians A strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer service
