The Role We are looking for a Senior QA Expert to support us in a short-term consulting engagement (10–20 hours) focused on reviewing and critically evaluating our current QA assessment process. This is not an implementation role. Your responsibility will be to thoroughly analyze our existing assessment structure (tests, interviews, evaluation criteria) and provide clear, concrete, and actionable recommendations on:What should be changed What should be improved What should be removed What should be added How the structure should evolve We are looking for strategic and critical input, not operational execution. Scope of Work You will:Review our full QA assessment process (Manual + Automation Analyze technical tests, assignments, interview structure, and evaluation scorecards Evaluate alignment with current industry standards and best practices Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential biases Deliver a structured written report outlining:Strengths of the current process Weaknesses and risks Specific improvement recommendations Clear guidance on what exactly should be modified and how
The final deliverable should provide precise direction for our internal team to implement changes independently.
Requirements10+ years of experience in QA (Manual + Automation) Strong knowledge of modern QA methodologies and testing strategies Hands-on experience with tools such as: Playwright, Robot Framework, Puppeteer, Selenium (or similar) Experience designing technical assessments or interviewing QA engineers Deep understanding of current market standards for QA hiring and evaluation Ability to provide structured, critical, and unbiased feedback Advanced English communication skills
