Hiring: Senior Preservation Supervisor Major Oil & Gas Project- Oman1 year extendable contract

We are looking for a seasoned Preservation Supervisor to join a major energy expansion project in Sohar, Oman. This role is critical for the maintenance and integrity of high-value rotating and static equipment during the construction and commissioning phases.
Preservation Planning: Oversee the implementation of the project’s Preservation Plan to meet both company and supplier requirements.
System Management: Manage and update the "Preservation Management System" (often using tools like Zenator or Win PCS) to track all maintenance logs and checklists. Site Supervision: Supervise a team of technicians performing hands-on preservation tasks, such as applying protective coatings (VCI), nitrogen blanketing, and routine mechanical rotations. Compliance & Audit: Ensure all activities strictly follow HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and Quality standards, including conducting regular site audits. Vendor Coordination: Interface with equipment vendors to ensure their specific preservation instructions are followed to maintain warranties.
The Requirements Education: Engineering Degree or Diploma (Mandatory for visa compliance). Experience: 12–15 years in the Oil & Gas industry. Technical Expertise: Proven experience in Nitrogen blanketing/purging, VCI applications, and shaft rotation for pumps/motors. Systems: Proficiency in Preservation Management Systems (PMS) like Zenator or Win PCS.
Commercials Day Rate: USD 630 (All-inclusive). Working Days: 5 days per week (approx. 21 days per month). Contract: 12 months, extendable. Start Date: Between 1-15 March 2026.
