Role Overview We’re looking for a React Native Tech Lead / Principal Engineer to own and elevate a production mobile app. You’ll take end-to-end technical ownership—stabilizing the platform, scaling the architecture, and raising the bar for mobile engineering. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving hard problems, setting standards, and mentoring engineers while delivering real product impact.

What You Bring5–8+ years of mobile development experience Deep expertise in React Native plus working knowledge of i OS & Android Experience leading and scaling production mobile apps Strong debugging, performance optimization, and system design skills Confidence challenging technical decisions and driving better solutions Clear communicator with a collaborative leadership mindset
Nice to Have Modernizing or refactoring legacy React Native apps Mobile CI/CD experience Performance and release-stability expertise Previous Tech Lead or Principal Engineer role
