Job Title: Frontline Sales Executive Location: Dubai
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Frontline Sales Executive to join our team at Jamea Al Anwar, a leading provider of innovative power transmission solutions, including couplings, pulleys, belts, and gearboxes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our high-quality products to a wide range of industries.
Key Responsibilities:Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities within assigned regions. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Promote and sell our range of power transmission products, including couplings, pulleys, belts, and gearboxes. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers as required. Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, quotes, and product specifications. Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring alignment with company pricing and profitability guidelines. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure product specifications and requirements are met. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management. Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as needed.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferred)2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the power transmission or industrial equipment sector. Strong technical understanding of power transmission products (couplings, pulleys, belts, gearboxes). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated with a passion for driving sales and building relationships. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
