Role Description This is a full-time on-site Barista role. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages, ensuring a clean and organized workstation, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Day-to-day tasks include operating coffee equipment, handling food preparation, assisting with customer orders, and ensuring prompt service in a welcoming and professional manner.
Qualifications Barista skills and experience in preparing coffee base drinks and other baverges. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively Customer service capabilities to provide a welcoming and satisfying guest experience Knowledge of food preparation and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Passion for coffee and hospitality is an advantage. Basic understanding of cash handling and operating a point-of-sale system is a plus Must maintain a neat and professional appearance
