Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in B Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering. (preferred).• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, NEBOSH) is a plus.• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction management, with at least 7 years in the Oil & Gas sector, particularly in EPC projects.• Strong knowledge preparing accurate cost estimates and technical proposals for Electrical & Instrumentation projects, ensuring compliance with client specifications, industry standards, and company policies.• Strong knowledge of construction processes, including planning, execution and quality control.• In-depth understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the Oil & Gas industry.• Proven experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large, diverse teams.• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Primavera, P6, MS Project)
