Candidates should be result-oriented, focusing on delivering exceptional tour experience to our discerning guests. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Tourism and possesses a minimum of 3 to 4 years of proven experience, working with a reputed Inbound Tour Company or Destination Management Company. Key responsibilities include thoroughly understanding client queries, efficiently coordinating with hotels, accurate costing, promptly responding to queries with suitable quotes and itineraries, diligent follow-up, obtaining confirmation and facilitating smooth tour excursions in close liaison with our logistics team, all while consistently ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Preference will be given to candidates with proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Russian, Chinese or French language.
