Our Holding Group of Company is currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join Immediately to undertake all hiring activities for White Collar roles, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.

In this role, you will develop and post job descriptions using recruitment platforms in order to identify suitable applicants. You will be conversant with a wide range of social media for job postings and you will keep track of the hiring process of candidates.

A top-notch Recruitment Specialist will have in-depth knowledge of labor laws as well as current hiring trends

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements for White Collar positions
• Discussing and establishing qualification requirements and terms and conditions of employment with managers
• Formulating detailed job descriptions and posting them
• Advertise job vacancies and to screen, shortlist, and interview candidates / End to End Recruitment processes
• Maintaining a database on employees for future vacancies.
• Producing reports on hiring plans and strategies.
• Providing recruitment reports to team managers

Qualifications

• knowledge recruiting candidates through Overseas
• Broad knowledge in Qatar Labor Law
• With minimum 3 years of experience in Qatar
• Excellent communication skills, BILINGUAL - fluent in English & Arabic
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including word, excel, functions
• Must be Locally available in QATAR
• With valid Transferable Qatar ID
• Able to join immediately within 2-3 days
