Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor at Mercure Hotel Muscat. The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing receptionist duties, managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and utilizing strong communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction. The role will involve supervisory responsibilities and will be based in Muscat.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills:
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Ability to delegate tasks effectivel

Receptionist Duties:
  • Knowledge of front desk operations
  • Experience in handling check-ins and check-out
Customer Service:
  • Strong focus on guest satisfaction
  • Ability to address guest inquiries and concern
Reservations:
  • Experience in managing room bookings
  • Knowledge of reservation system
Communication:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with guests and staff
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field
  • GCC Experience
  • Opera System Experience is a plus
