Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

Payments :

• Responsible for generating payment runs (scheduled and urgent)
• Ensure all payment runs are signed off by authorized signatories and that treasury have been advised of payment amounts prior to runs
• Resolve payment rejection queries
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers at all times
• General administration duties

Invoice & Query :

• Uploading & processing of invoices/payment request forms
• Debit balance dispute resolution
• Handling and resolution of invoice queries

Requirements

• Experience and understanding of P2P processes.
• Oracle knowledge preferable.
• Proficient skills in Excel, Word and Outlook are essential
• Act with integrity, tact and diplomacy
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Good time management skills and flexible within role.
• Pro-actively solve problems & deploy best practices in P2P
