1. Develop, deploy, and analyze Power BI reports and dashboards, offering comprehensive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against budgets, historical data, including passenger, inventory and operational metrics to aid in strategic decision-making.
2. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics, KPIs, and deliver actionable insights & dashboard to relevant decision-makers.
3. Understand business data reporting needs, ensuring modifications and enhancements are aligned with operational objectives.
4. Analyze data to answer key questions with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
5. Liaise with relevant departments to facilitate the development of reports and ensure alignment with the Business Intelligence (BI) reporting framework and analytical structures.
6. Collaborate and work across functional and multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment to develop an understanding of evolving/agile business needs.
7. Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex data sets.
8. Ability to manage, develop and improve internal processes projects through redesigning, automation, and optimization.
9. Keep abreast of latest business intelligence and data analysis trends, ensuring all activities adhere to relevant rules and regulations.
10. Conduct training and provide support to end-users to effectively access, interpret, and utilize reports and dashboards.
11. Familiar or prone to adopt design thinking methods.
12. Able to operate under pressure and change, and balance among speed, reliability, interpretability.
13. Experience with code versioning, code review and documentation.
14. Applicants with experience using Cloud platforms are highly favored.

1. Bachelor degree in a Business, IT, Mathematics, Science or Engineering discipline with 6 years of relevant work experience.
2. OR two years college diploma in Business, IT, Mathematics, Science or Engineering discipline with 8 years of relevant work experience

OR Specialized certificate/ license in the related field with aviation experience & Secondary school certificate and having 12 years of relevant work experience (For internal candidates only)

Proficiency in English (must) and Arabic (preferred).

Proven knowledge and expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, M-Query and other reporting & visualization tools.

Professional understanding of the overall data function is essential.

Aviation, transportation or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
