Emirates Hospitality Catering Services is currently seeking qualified and dedicated individual to fill various positions across different departments.
We are seeking candidates with experience in Catering Hygiene Officer and Storekeeper

1. Catering - Hygiene Officer
Scope of Work:
- Conduct regular inspections of food preparation and serving areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
- Develop and deliver training programs on food safety and hygiene for catering staff.
- Identify potential hazards in food handling and preparation processes.
- Maintain records of hygiene inspections, training sessions, and corrective actions taken.
- Implement and monitor food safety protocols, including safe food storage, cooking temperatures, and cross-contamination prevention.
- Investigate foodborne illness complaints and hygiene-related incidents.
- Liaise with management and staff to foster a culture of food safety and hygiene awareness.
- Evaluate existing hygiene practices and recommend improvements.
- Develop and implement emergency procedures related to food safety and hygiene breaches.
2. Catering - Storekeeper
Scope of Work
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock items to ensure they meet quality and quantity standards.
- Organize storage areas to maximize efficiency and accessibility of supplies and equipment.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for perishable and non-perishable items, following food safety guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Prepare and distribute food and catering supplies to different departments or events as requested.
- Maintain records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and disposals.
- Check the quality of stored items regularly to ensure they remain safe and suitable for use.
- Work closely with chefs, catering managers, and other staff to understand inventory needs and assist in menu planning.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries.
- Follow all safety and hygiene regulations in the storage and handling of food items and supplies.
- Ensure that the storage area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Assist in planning for emergencies by maintaining a contingency stock of essential supplies.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Catering industry.
