We are offering an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join our team as an HR or Recruitment Intern on a full time basis. Candidates will be considered for one of the two roles based on their skills and interests. This is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in either the human resources or recruitment fields, with the potential for full-time job opportunities.



Key Responsibilities (Depending on Role)

For HR Interns

  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare and organize employee induction plans to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
  • Generate and update job descriptions in collaboration with department managers.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist in the internal recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in payroll administration, including generating monthly salary slips, tracking attendance, and ensuring payroll accuracy.

For Recruitment Intern

  • Assist in the internal recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.
  • Conduct market research on recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Coordinate interview processes and communicate with candidates.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.


Requirements:

  • Recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to details.
  • Excellent command in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
