Role: Admin Intern
Office: Sultanate of Oman, Muscat
Reporting Line: Office Manager
Requirements & Personal Attributes:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic understanding of Administration related works, secretarial tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Primary Job Purpose:
The Admin Intern will assist with lawyers with their legal work, filling documents in the system, registering cases within the Ministry portal, assisting to prepare required hearing documentation, conducting legal research, drafting documents, printing and filling, answering emails and calls from court, scheduling appointments, case management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with filling documents through internal data management system.
- Assist lawyers with uploading documents through Ministry system.
- Conducting research and basic translation
- Prepare finance related forms i.e. disbursements, credit notes, etc.
- Collaborate with the secretarial team to integrate efforts.
