Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Area Manager to achieve the regional business goals.
  • Launch marketing activities, visit customers, obtain business opportunities, collect market and competitor intelligence, achieve the sales target and accomplish routine paper work.
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of national / regional marketing strategies, including product portfolio strategies, network strategies, sales strategies, marketing and channel strategies, pricing strategies, etc.
  • Reach out to clients, proactively assessing their needs and promoting company portfolio.
  • Support, manage and monitor the daily sales operations of dealer to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and plan monthly and quarterly rolling orders and delivery plans with dealer.
  • Track and monitor customer satisfaction, develop and implement necessary measures to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain excellent customer relations and keep database up to date.
  • Assist customers in case of any need for after-sales service support.
  • Finalize customer inquiry for purchase and issue quotations and follow up.


Other Requirements:

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic preferred

- Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and details oriented.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- At least 5+ years’ experience in relevant field within the Oman.

- Bachelor's degree preferably Masters Degree in Marketing.

- English language (Required)

- Arabic Language (Added Advantage)

- Oman Experience (Required)

- Local Omanis (Highly Preferred)

- Oman Driving License (Required)
