Receptionist cum Sales Coordinator - Al Bany International LLC

RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and sales contracts. Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system. Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems. Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and feedback. Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations. Support the sales team in organizing promotional events and exhibitions. Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, reports, and presentations. Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management. Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams for product availability and timely delivery. Monitor stock levels and place orders for replenishment as needed. Address and resolve customer issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Communicate order status, delivery schedules, and relevant information to customers. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, logistics, and finance, to support sales activities and ensure smooth operations

Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them as needed.

Take and relay accurate messages when necessary.

Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.

Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Provide basic company and service information to callers and visitors.

Respond to inquiries and forward complex queries to the relevant department.
