Account Management Executive

We are looking for an Account Manager fluent in English to create long-term, trusting relationships with our partners. The Account Manager oversees a portfolio of assigned partners, develops new business from existing partners, and actively seeks new partnership opportunities.


Requirements

  • Expanding the SameDayCustom network by onboarding more vendors.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all partner account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Responsible for following the company's compliance procedures and ensuring they are updated per any contractual or governmental regulations.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to external stakeholders.
  • Develop new business with existing partners and/or identify areas of improvement.
  • Prepare needed reports.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.


Qualifications

  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • Excellent command of the English language is a must.
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or similar role.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
