ROLE SUMMARY

The position is responsible for working closely with the leasing manager, and other leasing members to  lease vacant units , process renewals for existing retails ,engage in market prospecting, update Majid Al Futtaim leasing department prospect list , enhance negotiations skills as per Majid Al Futtaim standers resulting in enhanced revenue ,market new properties and manage existing ones in order to maximize the leasing opportunities and meet the corporate revenue targets,

ROLE PROFILE

• Assist in implementing leasing objectives, including space to be leased, leasing time frame, target rental rate, and merchandise mix compatibility.

• Achieve leasing targets.

• Maintain relationships with existing and potential tenants, promptly handle inquiries, and arrange site visits.

• Assist in preparing leasing agreements, ensuring document completion and managing renewal agreements.

• Prepare regular reports on leasing activities and negotiation statuses with potential tenants.

• Provide necessary data and reports related to lease management upon request.

• Maintain accurate records of all leasing deals and agreements, both physically and on systems like CRM/PowerBi/SharePoint.

• Ensure compliance with Majid Al Futtaim Properties' code of conduct, departmental policies, and procedures, and act as an ambassador of company values.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• Have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience in managing lease activities.
• Prior experience should preferably be from reputable Retail or Real Estate companies.
• Professional exposure within the GCC region would be highly beneficial.
