Field Service Technician

This Is How You WOW

Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting and repairing Karcher professional products
Complete service requests as assigned by the aftersales coordinator
Perform equipment repair, maintenance, and calibration
Update customer information and equipment and prepare a detailed service report
Install new equipment and provide operational and maintenance training to the customer
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts inventory
Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Collaborate with the service team to resolve technical issues
Participate in training programs to stay updated on new products and technologies

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

Technical diploma or equivalent in a relevant field
Minimum of 5 years of electro-mechanical experience in field service or technical support for professional cleaning equipment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service orientation and work ethic
English verbal fluency is a must
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid Omani driving license
