Aftersales Coordinator

Exceptional solutions require exceptional people. We are looking for an Aftersales Coordinator based in our Karcher Experience Center in Muscat, Oman.

This Is How You WOW

Handling all service requests from the retailers
Schedule and coordinate for machine pick-up and drop-off from/to retail outlets within the contractual timeframe by coordinating with the courier company
Assign jobs to workshop technician for walk-in customers or retail outlets
Schedule daily Professional machine on-site repairs to Field technicians for the Industrial Target group
Coordinate with Field technician for first visit completion inspection report
Generate spare parts quotations, cost estimates and submit to the customer
Create service cases and fill all customer information accurately
Communicate with retailers and on-site professional customers for quotation approval and gathering information on their after-sales needs to provide recommendations
Schedule maintenance contract jobs to technicians
Respond to customer email inquiries for on-site Professional and H&G retailers for the assigned target groups/customers
Process AMC contracts
Generate picking lists and coordinate with warehouse team to arrange the spare parts for the technicians
Generate regular reports to the service management
Continuously seek ways to improve the after-sales experience for customers

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

High school diploma or University degree
At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
High degree of initiative, ability to work independently and interact with a team
Effective time management and prioritization skills
Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communications skills required in English, Arabic is a plus
