Job Description
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Go Viral Marketing Agency, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying, prospecting, and converting new clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while collaborating closely with our marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify potential clients.
- Use various channels (email outreach, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.) to prospect and initiate contact with decision-makers.
- Consultative Selling:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' advertising goals and challenges.
- Propose tailored advertising solutions that align with clients' objectives.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights and recommendations based on industry trends and best practices.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with marketing to align outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and optimize the sales process.
- Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Track progress against sales targets and report on key metrics to management regularly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role in the advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising trends, technologies, and platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and remotely.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- With Valid Residence Permit in UAE
- Valid Driving License holder with own car
