About the Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Junior Estimation/Procurement Engineer to support our project bids and material sourcing efforts. You’ll work closely with senior engineers, project managers, and vendors to help ensure our proposals are accurate, competitive, and profitable. If you thrive on spreadsheets, deadlines, and getting the best price without cutting corners, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing cost estimates and technical proposals for projects.
Read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specs to quantify materials and resources.
Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and analyze pricing for best value.
Support bid compilation and tender submissions.
Coordinate with engineering and construction teams for scope clarification.
Maintain a database of vendors, pricing, and historical data.
Help identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Keep your files organized, your deadlines met.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation, procurement.
Familiarity with estimating software, MS Excel, and project drawings, Primavera.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Solid communication and negotiation abilities.
Eager to learn, ready to hustle, and not afraid to ask questions
