  • Handling the main administration duties within the office with the guidance of the head of administration.
  • Handling all the governmental online portals entries ex: (ASHAL, MOI.. etc)
  • Maintain office filings hardcopies – softcopies
  • Tracking the department petty cash expenses

Skills

  • Fluent in Arabic & English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word)
  • Good knowledge of online websites for ministries
  • Good knowledge of the online system for booking appointments in ministries
  • Experience in organizing company files and archive
  • Familiar with other administrative affairs tasks
  • Should be able to join immediately
  • Should be flexible, open to learn, and organized
