Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and Gender Equality, Disability, &Social Inclusion (GEDSI) Specialist (Female)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning, Reporting & Evaluation
- Lead Gender-Based Analysis Plus (GBA+) processes.
- Integrate GEDSI indicators into project planning and evaluation.
- Ensure inclusive, gender-sensitive language in all project outputs.
- Develop GEDSI reports and M&E data summaries in both Arabic and English.
- Prepare high-quality reports, scopes of work, and technical M&E documents.
- Document success stories and translate content as needed (Arabic/English).
2. Partnerships & Collaboration
- Engage with women’s rights organizations, Organizations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs), and civil society partners.
- Foster local partnerships to promote inclusion and social accountability.
3. Data Collection, Monitoring & Compliance
- Design evaluation tools and manage project database systems.
- Support field-level data collection and conduct regular field visits.
- Ensure M&E activities align with donor requirements and ethical standards.
4. Capacity Building & Awareness
- Organize awareness sessions and inclusive training workshops.
- Facilitate learning sessions to share findings and best practices with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Gender Studies, M&E ,Development, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in GEDSI and M&E roles.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong understanding of gender equality, disability inclusion, and accountability frameworks.
- Strong facilitation, training, and capacity-building skills in M&E and gender-related topics.
- Solid knowledge of M&E concepts and frameworks, results measurement, and field-based data collection tool design and testing.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and reporting skills.
- Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Jordan.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
